2004
The National Brick Centre of Orte, in the province of Viterbo, is bought. It is the largest brick production plant on a national level.

2005
In only three years from its creation, FANTINISCIANATICO becomes the Italian leader in the brick market, and enters into the Spanish market through the acquisition of three production factories in Catalan territory from Uralita, a multinational company from Madrid. FANTINISCIANATICO IBERICA is created.

2006
Two brick factories for exposed brick work are bought from the RDB Group: thus the Group makes its entry into the exposed brick segment with its own brand, BELLAVISTA. It proceeds to expand into foreign markets through the acquisition of another three factories in Spain in the Valencia region from the Valforsa Group. The Group furthermore makes its entrance into the Serbian market through the acquisition of a production plant near Belgrade, thus creating FANTINISCIANATICO BALKAN.

2007
A new production plant in Spain is bought near Barcelona, and new management headquarters of FANTINISCIANATICO IBERICA are inaugurated in the Catalan capital. At the same time, two more production plants in Serbia are bought.
