Celersap - Compressed reinforced concrete trusses
The Celersap pre-compressed reinforced concrete trusses are produced within FANTINISCIANATICO's ultra-modern plants- which are closely controlled - using the thread compression method. The primary components (inert materials, cement, steel) are worked following a highly trustworthy production cycle so that Celersap trusses are manufactured according to precise standards which involve:
• Scrupulous preparation of concrete (correct dosing, consistent quality of materials, careful ageing)
• Proper layout of the reinforcements
• Monitored steel working in the pre-tension phase
• Monitoring that the concrete is properly aged at the time of "issue" and in the successive "cutting" phase
• Constant monitoring of the quality of the concrete.

Production takes place on tracks of a suitable length using vibrating finishing machines. Celersap compressed reinforced cement trusses are produced in three different formats, each having its own range of reinforcements. Their form resembles an upside-down "T", with a dove-tail shaped internal core. They have a very rough surface in order for better adherence with the finishing concrete. The reveal of the bottom of the 9x12 joist is treated with brick granules for better adherence to the reveal plaster.
FANTINISCIANATICO's compressed reinforced cement trusses are manufactured according to precise standards which entail careful concrete preparation (correct dosage, consistent materials quality and careful ageing), proper layout of the reinforcements and controlled steel drawing. The concrete components (inert materials, cement and steel) are carefully chosen, and every supply delivery is monitored. Production takes place on compressed thread tracks. At the end of the production cycle, after cutting, the c.r.c. trusses are subjected to severe set and quality tests in the FANTINISCIANATICO laboratories and at the most reliable external laboratories, which certify production process consistency and the products' conformity to national and EU regulatory requirements. The underside of the trusses is in granulated brick.
